All therapeutic bodywork is definitely not the same. In addition to various modalities, styles, and therapist knowledge and experience, bodywork has to be about intention. Intentional touch greatly impacts the quality of message through bodywork. My intent, from the moment we meet, through your treatment, and within our ongoing relationship, is the betterment of your health.


   Your well being is my sole focus.


 Practicing therapeutic bodywork for 28 years, I am here to assist and serve you. If you simply need one or two sessions (for you weekend warriors or those going through a stressful time at work, for instance), that’s great. But the optimal approach to therapeutic bodywork is both intentional and relational. I cultivate a wellness relationship with my clients to achieve and maintain health goals. 


I offer a variety of treatment modes. Whether you know exactly what you want, or if you’re unsure what might be best for you, come in for a consult! We’ll find out together the ideal approach to realize your wellness best.
